Abstract:

Objective The role of Ste-20 kinase in regulating the biphasic transformation of spores was preliminarily studied. Methods Using RNA interference, observeand analysis of Ste-20 gene interference effect on sporotrichosis in dual phase transformation process, cultured under different temperatures, thus further analysis of Ste-20 kinase regulation in dual phase conversion process in the role of sporotrichosis. Results After Ste-20 interference, the growth rate significant decreased compared with interfered strain, the cell wall becomes incomplete when the yeast phase changes and morphology of the strains were changed in comparison with the standard strain. Conclusion Ste-20 kinase plays a certain role in regulating the biphasic growth of Sporothrix schenckii.
