Fungal microscope examination showed mass hyphae and that was identified as Candidas albicans.Histopathological examination revealed infiltration of diffuse lymphocytes, sparse neutrophils and multinucleated giant cells in upper dermis.Mass hyphae was found in cuticle and spores were found in multinucleated giant cells by PAS stain. The diagnosis was made as candidal granuloma. The lesions improved after treatment of two-month with Griseofulvin,six-month with BCG-PSN,seven-month with Itraconazole, most of the scab was dropped.
