Fungal infection in the digestive system

Abstract: Fungal infection in the digestive system refers to fungus invading esophageal,gastrointestinal tract,liver,gallbladder, pancreas or other tissues and organs of the digestive system. In the digestive system fungal infection, the most common is the liver involvement. This paper reviewed pathogen, clinical manifestation, pathological characteristics and treatment of the digestive system fungal infection.
