尿液分析仪在检测男性外生殖器标本真菌中的价值

Value of urine analyzer in detecting fungi in male external genital specimens

摘要: 目的 通过比较尿液分析仪、荧光染色镜检及培养在男性外生殖器标本真菌检测的作用,分析尿液分析仪在检测此类标本中的价值。方法 尿液分析仪检测161例皮肤科门诊男性患者外生殖器部位的拭子盐水液,以尿液分析仪散点图提示有无真菌存在的可能,再确定是否需要进行荧光镜检和真菌培养。结果 在镜检阳性病例中,分析仪检测拭子盐水液,散点图提示阳性率为100%,培养阳性率为78.8%;在镜检阴性病例中,提示阳性率为0.05%,培养阳性率为0.07%。尿液分析仪散点图真菌提示假阳性率为0%;假阴性率0.02%。结论 综合尿液分析仪检测的散点图提示,可选择性对标本进行荧光染色镜检和或培养,不但能减少标本需要镜检和培养的频次,又可以提高真菌的检测效率和检出率。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the functions of urine analyzer in the detection of fungi in male external genital specimens by comparing the urine analyzer, fluorescent staining microscopy and culture in the detection of such specimens. Methods Urine analyzer was used to detect the swab saline solution of external genitalia of 161 male cases in dermatology department of the first hospital affiliated to Anhui University of Chinese Medicine, judge whether there was the possibility of fungi, and further determine whether fluorescence microscopy and fungal culture were needed. Results In the positive cases of microscopic examination, the positive rate of swab saline solution detected by analyzer was 100%, and the positive rate of culture was 78.8%. In the negative cases of microscopic examination, the positive rate was 0.05%, and the positive rate of culture was 0.07%. The false positive rate of fungi in the scatter diagram of urine analyzer was 0%; The false negative rate was 0.02%. Conclusion The scatter diagram detected by urine analyzer suggests that fluorescent staining microscopic examination and or microbial culture can be selectively carried out on the samples, which can not only reduce the frequency of microscopic examination and microbial culture, but also improve the detection efficiency and detection rate of fungi.
