摘要:

人类消化道中定植的真菌分为66个菌属和184个菌种,其中念珠菌占优势。与共生的细菌相类似,共生的真菌是消化道微生态的一个重要成员,起帮助器官发育、参与营养代谢和诱导(或抑制)免疫等作用。当宿主防御系统受损(如免疫缺陷)或消化道微生态失衡(如抗生素使用后)时,机会性致病真菌可引起真菌性食管炎,还可能在感染性结肠炎、肠易激综合征、炎症性肠病和急性胰腺炎等疾病中起一定的作用。

Abstract:

There were 66 fungal genera and 184 fungal species (with Candida as the dominant fungal genera) colonizing in human gastrointestinal tract.Similar to commensal bacteria,commensal fungi could be an important part of microbiome,which helps organ developing,participates of nutrients metabolism,induces immunity and triggers (or represses) inflammatory responses.When specific defense systems damaged (e.g.immune deficiency) or microbiome unbalanced (e.g.after administration of antibiotics),opportunistic pathogenic fungi could contribute to mycotic esophagitis in susceptible individuals,and might also play a role in gastrointestinal diseases such as infective colitis,irritable bowel syndrome,inflammatory bowel disease,and acute pancreatitis.
