摘要:

深部念珠菌感染已经成为最常见的医院获得性感染之一,其中白念珠菌是最主要的病原菌。白念珠菌难以防治的重要原因在于其具有广泛的耐药性。因此研究白念珠菌的耐药机制,寻找新的药物作用靶点都是目前需迫切解决的难题。采用基因敲除技术研究白念珠菌的耐药性已十分成熟。本文主要从方法学的角度总结了用于白念珠菌基因敲除的主要策略及其优缺点。

Abstract:

Nowadays,candidiasis has been one of the most common hospital-acquired infection,and Candida albicans is the most important pathogen.As C.albicans is capable of developing drug-resistance, understanding the overall mechanism of C.albicans pathogenesis, and further finding new drug targets are important goals. To study this pathogen, it is advantageous to manipulate its genome. This review focused on recent progress of C.albicans gene knockout strategies, and discussed their merits and drawbacks.
