摘要/Abstract

摘要： 关节置换术后假体周围真菌感染是人工关节置换术的灾难性并发症,其诊断与治疗一直是关节外科领域的研究热点。该文报道1例光滑念珠菌致全膝关节置换术后假体周围感染的病原学诊断及药物治疗策略,为关节置换术后假体周围真菌感染的治疗提供参考。

关键词: 全膝关节置换术, 假体周围真菌感染, 光滑念珠菌, 抗真菌治疗

Abstract: Periprosthetic fungal infection was a catastrophic complication after artificial joint replacement, and its diagnosis and treatment had always been one of the hot research topics in the field of orthopedics. A case of a 66-year-old immunocompetent man who underwent total knee arthroplasty and infected with Candida glabrata six years later with signs of prosthetic infection were reported. The pathogenic diagnosis and anti-fungal therapy might provide a reference for the drug treatment of periprosthetic fungal infection after artificial joint replacement.
