摘要/Abstract

摘要： 患者,女,62岁,右手食指结节半年,右前臂结节3个月,经皮肤病理、真菌培养及其分子生物学鉴定,诊断为孢子丝菌病,予以口服伊曲康唑,同时配合点阵激光联合光动力治疗3次,1个月后治愈。

Abstract: A 62-year-old women came to our hospital because of nodules on the right hands for six months, nodules on the right arms for three months. A diagnosis of sporotrichosis was made based on typical manifestations, including positive fungal culture, histopathological and genetic examinations. Daily oral itraconazole combined with fractional laser and photodynamic therapy three times, that case was cured after one month.
