摘要:

近年来,随着分子生物学及真菌分类研究的快速发展,包括检疫性真菌在内的物种分类及命名已发生翻天覆地的变化。孢子丝菌病的病原菌长期被认为有且仅有申克孢子丝菌1种,现经多基因系统发育学分析发现孢子丝菌病的病原菌并非仅为申克孢子丝菌,而由6个种构成。我国孢子丝菌菌株的分子生物学鉴定,目前只发现了球形孢子丝菌和申克孢子丝菌,其他4种孢子丝菌尚未发现传入我国。由于这些物种之间形态差异小,但致病力、致病反应、药物反应各不形同,应加强生物安全管控和监测,防止这些有害真菌传入我国。

Abstract:

Revolutionary changes in the molecular biology and taxonomy of most fungal groups had resulted in the tremendous changes of numerous names and classification including quarantine pests.Sporothrix schenckii was regarded as the causative agent of sporotrichosis in China,which however,represented a complex comprising six species.The causal agent of sporotrichosis in China had been proved to be S.globosa and S.schenckii in several independent studies.Other species in the complex had not been discovered in China.Since these species present different characters on virulence and medicine sensitivity,it is a necessity to enhance the monitoring and preventing of these species from entering the country.
