摘要：

甲真菌病是一种常见的真菌感染性疾病，其严重程度与甲真菌病的类型、受累甲的面积、角化过度的程度、患者年龄、是否存在其他疾病等因素有关。一个简单、可靠、易掌握的严重程度分级系统对预后的评估、治疗方法的选择以及临床及药物试验的研究均具有非常重要的意义。本文对有关甲真菌病严重程度评分及分级的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Onychomycosis is a common fungal infectious disease of nails,the severity of which is related to the type of onychomycosis,suffering area,the thickness of hyperkeratosis,the age of patients,the existence of other diseases and other factors.A severity grading system,which is simple,reliable,easy to understand,is of great significance for prognostic evaluation,treatment selection and clinical and drug test.In this paper,the studies on onychomycosis severity score and grading are reviewed.
