摘要:

红色毛癣菌是皮肤癣菌中最常见的致病菌,可引起皮肤浅部的各种癣病,也可引起皮肤的深部感染,甚至多器官的播散性感染。红色毛癣菌形态多样,且不稳定,其所致疾病容易反复发作,临床上治疗往往非常棘手。对红色毛癣菌进行基因分型可以有助于解答复发和再感染的问题,也可从分子水平阐明疾病的流行传播情况,对疾病的预防和治疗具有重要的意义。本文试对红色毛癣菌基因分型技术的进展进行概述。

Abstract:

Trichophyton rubrum is the most common one in dermatophytes,not only causing superficial cutaneous tinea but also subcutaneous deeper infections,and even disseminated infections.The morphology of T.rubrum is varied and unstable.The infection due to T.rubrum is prone to recurrence,a big problem in clinic.Genotyping of T.rubrum can help to solve the question of relapse and reinfection,and can also be used to clarify the prevalence of the disease from molecular level.It is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of the disease.This paper is an overview of the progress on the genotyping technology of T.rubrum.
