薰衣草精油对白念珠菌体外抗菌活性及生物膜的影响

In vitro antifungal activity of lavender essential oil and its effect on biofilm of Candida albicans

摘要:

目的 研究薰衣草精油对白念珠菌的体外抗菌活性和生物膜的影响,为临床真菌感染的治疗提供实验依据。方法 采用纸片扩散法、连续稀释法测定薰衣草精油对白念珠菌的敏感性、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC);采用XTT法检测其抑制白念珠菌生物膜50%细胞活性的浓度(SMIC50),镜下观察对生物膜形态的影响。结果 白念珠菌对薰衣草精油高度敏感,薰衣草精油对白念珠菌的MIC为12.5 μL/mL,MBC为25 μL/mL;对生物膜的SMIC50是100 μL/mL,对白念珠菌的菌丝生长有抑制作用。结论 薰衣草精油在体外对白念珠菌有抑菌作用。

Abstract:

Objective To study antifungal activity of lavender essential oil in vitro and the effect on biofilm of Candida albicans.Methods Disk diffusion and microdilution were used to determine the susceptibility and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of Candida albicans to lavender essential oil.XTT reduction assay was performed to determine the SMIC50 of lavender essential oil to C.albicans biofilms.The effect of lavender essential oil on morphogenesis of C.albicans biofilms was observed by inverted microscopy.Results The standard strain of Candida albicans was highly sensitive to lavender essential oil.MIC of Lavender essential oil to Candida albicans was 12.5 μL/mL,MBC was 25 μL/mL.SMIC50 of lavender essential oil to C.albicans biofilms was 100 μL/mL.Lavender essential oil could inhibit the filamentous growth.Conclusion Lvender essential oil had antifungal activity against Candida albicans in vitro.
