Candida glabrata: review of epidemiology and antifungal susceptibility

摘要:

光滑念珠菌是引起侵袭性念珠菌病的重要病原体,其对唑类药物敏感性低,棘白菌素常常作为高危人群光滑念珠菌侵袭性感染的首选药物。但目前已有对唑类和棘白菌素类药物均耐药的菌株报道,这是临床治疗的难点。光滑念珠菌的分子分型可为院内感染监测、菌株变异情况等提供信息。现就光滑念珠菌病原学、分子流行病学以及药物敏感性做一综述。

Abstract:

Candida glabrata is a pathogenic yeast and the one of the most frequent causative agent of invasive candidiasis.The difficulties arise from its high resistance to azole antifungals.So echinocandins are often used as first-line therapy for C.glabrata invasive infection.However,reports of C.glabrata resistant to both azoles and the echinocandins are of concern.Molecular typing of C.glabrata could provide information on nosocomial transmission and strain variation.Thus,this review intends to present an excerpt of the biology,epidemiology,molecular typing and antifungal susceptibility carried out up to the present.
