摘要：

患者男，44岁，双足3、4趾趾间皮肤溃疡5个月余，逐渐加重。皮肤出现小水疱及皮肤浸渍糜烂，伴轻度瘙痒。真菌镜检及培养结果：阿萨希毛孢子菌。诊断阿萨希毛孢子菌局部感染。给予自体皮移植修复创面，术后10 d痊愈出院。

Abstract:

A 44-years-old male patient is in hospital based on chief complaint of ulcerative wounds between bilateral feet third and fourth toe,with blisters and formation.Direct microscopic examination of pus showed infection of spores as round or oval.The diagnosis of infection caused by Trichosporon asahii was made based on the above findings.He accepted auto-skin grafting,the wound is quickly repaired in another 10 days.
