摘要/Abstract

摘要： 糖尿病患者代谢紊乱及免疫功能受损为真菌繁殖和致病创造了良好条件,使真菌感染机会增加。糖尿病患者合并甲真菌病较为常见且不易治愈,另一方面,糖尿病患者需长期或终生应用降糖药物,同时还可能服用治疗相关并发症药物,因此在治疗患者甲真菌病时,抗真菌药和其他药物之间的相互作用更加复杂。本文针对合并糖尿病的甲真菌病的流行病学调查、易感机制、病原菌、主要临床表现、治疗等方面进行论述。
