摘要/Abstract

摘要： 眼真菌感染是指真菌感染角膜、眼内容物、眼眶或者眼的其他组织。近年来随着抗生素、糖皮质激素、抗肿瘤药物及免疫抑制剂的普遍应用和器官移植、烧伤抢救和其他医学技术的广泛使用,眼真菌病的发病率逐年增高。眼真菌感染因其高发病率和致盲率逐渐引起了人们的关注,某些眼真菌病甚至可以威胁患者生命。在眼真菌感染中,角膜最常见,眼眶、眼睑、泪器、结膜、巩膜和眼内组织也可累及。本文分析了近5a Pubmed提供的免费全文病例报告,概括总结了眼真菌感染的常见病原菌及其临床表现和治疗的研究近况。
